So, I really enjoy HIIT style training (that's high intensity interval training for those not familiar), and I thought, why not combine ASMR with HIIT? I formatted this ASMR session like a HIIT session, with alternating sections of time of “work”/sound, and “rest”/silence, complete with a warm up and cooldown, and my favorite, NO repeats! Yay!
