ASMR Stuffed Animal Check-up | Goose Medical Exam 🪿✨ Our little goose friend is in for his annual physical exam to make sure he's healthy before the holidays! A subtle German joke, since it's common to eat Goose (Gans) for Christmas. I used my Yeti here but it was a little further away and just filmed on my iPhone, so a light lofi vibe, but I hope you enjoy! 🫶 If you remember the vet video I did a couple years ago with Kovu, I wanted to share a quick update since I still get questions about him from time to time. Kovu is completely happy and healthy, but he’s no longer part of our family. I went into more detail in a Q&A on Patreon, but we didn’t know at the time that my partner had a strong dust-mite allergy, and after about 9 months with Kovu the conditions got much worse and resulted in pretty severe asthma. Allergies and asthma can stay “quiet” for years and then suddenly worsen when the overall allergen load increases. Many adults only develop asthma after a slow buildup, and it turns out that pets and dust-mites aren't a good mix. We tried all the mattress covers, regular vacuuming, removing carpets, etc. and he's still on medications to help his immune system slowly adapt. We came to the conclusion that while Kovu was still very young, it would be best for him to return to the family we originally got him from. He’s thriving with his pup parents and siblings, living his best life, running around in the fields, probably chewing up every toy he can find.
