ASMR Scalp Check with Bad Results (Acne Removal, Scalp Treatment, Whispering) Medical Roleplay

Today you have come in for your acne removal as your previous scalp treatment as made your break out with gigantic acne and spots on the back of your head but don't worry everything will be ok and I will treat it for you without any pain or discomfort. Firstly I part your hair and apply some hair clips and start checking your huge acne at the back of your scalp. I check your to see how infected they are and the inflammation and see that they are very infected and inflamed. I see you have 3 huge acne and I small one. One of the big pimples is 80% there but ready to pop too. I then apply some local anaesthesia in injection form around the pimple areas to numb it so you don't feel any pain or discomfort whilst I pop them and extract all the pus and whiteheads. I then check the back of your scalp with my medical instrument just to check if you have any more pimples but I see that you haven't. Now that the local anaesthesia has starting working and is all numb I start to pop the pimples ones by one and extract all the pus and whiteheads and immediately apply an antibiotic balm so it won't get infected. After I have popped all the pimples. I check the rest of your scalp to see if you have any more pimples but you haven't but you are suffering from extreme dandruff and scalp psoriasis of which you are getting treatment for that already. I finish by applying a scalp treatment on the back of your scalp as a preventative treatment for future acne breakouts.
