Today, I’m quickly going over 5 different breathing techniques, in the hopes that you might find one you really like and can continue to use to reduce stress or fall asleep. It’s a good idea to start these breathing techniques sitting up, but you can do the final two laying down in bed if you’d prefer, especially if you’re trying to fall asleep. Definitely helped me feel less stressed! I’m pretty awkward, and when I shot this, it was one of those ~extra~ awkward days, where I couldn’t really talk. Do you ever have those days too?
