hey guys! someone is always there for you- don’t convince yourself that you’re alone! anxiety is a trap and a vicious cycle of self doubt, fear, sadness- but it’s not true! that little voice in your head is lying to you. identify things that spark your anxiousness; analyze and and deconstruct them. you will soon see they aren’t the apocalypse they feel like. imagine if a friend came up to you and said, “i know i am a burden to you… but i have to tell someone how i feel. People judge every single thing i say, and it makes me not want to speak at all, so that’s what i do. but then when i am alone i feel so isolated and i am just a pathetic person who doesn’t know how to cope.” isn’t that quite ridiculous? wouldn’t you be dumbfounded? BECAUSE THOSE WORDS YOU TELL YOURSELF ARE AN ILLUSION. take yourself out of the situation and picture that a fellow human felt the way you do; wouldn’t you desperately try to convince them otherwise? be there for yourself! i am here for you, whether it be through these videos or through the atmosphere of all living things- i feel your pain and it is a pain that feels heavy, but it will get lighter when you speak it away- or write it away- or paint it away! there is always hope, and even better, there is always you, and me, and our love for goodness.
