1920s Naturopathic Doctor Consultation with Trans-Atlantic Accent ✒ ASMR Soft Spoken Historical RP

MLM 1920s style 😎 In the early 20th century, the tide in effective medicine had changed rapidly. Germ theory had overtaken the miasma theory, new drugs were treating previously lethal diseases, and worst of all: there was pasteurized milk. The “blind faith in the medical miracle” and the “pill for an ill” mentalities that grew with these achievements drove some people in the opposite direction. Instead, those following the 'naturopathic' way took cold baths 3x a day or ate only raw food with the exception of bran bread to treat their ills. Though it is pseudoscience, I totally understand the wariness for people to trust "modern medicine" in the late 1800s & early 1900s. With little regulation, fake panaceas, and a lot of literal trial & error, I can see why people might choose to take cold baths instead of bathing in mercury instead.
