Roasted Mantou (Golden Thread Rolls): Instead of the traditional deep-fried method, I used an oven this time. Steamed then brushed with butter and oil, they are roasted at high heat until the crust is crispy while the inside remains soft. I love drizzling them with plenty of condensed milk for a sweet treat.
