Follow along with me as I make my Christmas Crack Candy for this holiday season! 🍫🎄 I make this sweet treat every year for my family and friends come Christmas time and people go feral for it! 😂 So, I figured I'd bring y'all along with me as I made this year's batch. Please know that you are so loved, remember to take care yourself, and always keep faith. 🙏🏻💖 Happy Tingles! ✨ _____________________________________________ Christmas Crack Recipe ⬇️🍫🎄 Ingredients: 1 bag of Ghiradelli Baking Chocolate (semi-sweet milk chocolate) 1 bag of Ghiradelli Baking Chocolate (vanilla flavored white chocolate) 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of Light Brown Sugar 1 box of Saltine Crackers 2 sticks of Unsalted Butter (4 oz. sticks) Pam or Non-stick Cooking spray Supplies: Large baking pan (12" x 16" pan) Foil Parchment paper Spatula Small pot Small whisk (optional) 1 cup measuring cup 1 table spoon measuring cup Rolling pin (or anything heavy to break the candy with) Sprinkles or your choice of toppings (get as creative as you want!) Storage container of your choice Instructions: 🍫 Place foil on baking pan and spray liberally with non-stick spray. 🍫 Layer crackers side by side on the baking pan. Be sure to cover all open spots along the side. 🍫 Melt both sticks of butter stove top in the pot and bring to a slight boil on med/low heat. 🍫 Once melted, add 2 cups and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and stir continually until combined. (This should take about 3-5 minutes and come to a slight boil, once it is combined, remove from heat). 🍫 Pour brown sugar and butter mixture over the crackers and spread evenly. 🍫 Place into oven, uncovered on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 min. 🍫 Once out of the over, place chocolate chips all over the crackers and cover with foil for another 3-5 mins. or until the chocolate is melted. 🍫 Once melted, spread the chocolate and add toppings.
