Hey cozy family, todays ASMR video is another Storytime this time about how i lost weight (around 10kg/ 22lbs maybe a lil more) in a healthy and sustainable way. It's important to me that you know that I did not starve myself I made sure to eat enough and also what I forgot to mention in order to even train/ workout you NEED to fuel your body with energy aka good/healthy food. It's hard to improve your fitness if you're not eating enough or if you're eating unhealthy foods. But yeah just so you know if you wanna loose weight you need to eat otherwise you won't have the energy to do any workouts and it won't be sustainable!
