These pretty rice cracker balls were an unintended purchase. Whilst shopping for noodles at my local Asian market, I spied these babies in the specials section (they were the last pack left) and knew I just had to have them. Once I checked the ingredients to establish whether they were vegan (spoiler alert: they were, duh!), into my cart they went. They’re called Baegae Samsaekboll (베개삼색볼) on the packet (and, boy is it a BIG packet. Like, half a kilo big) which translates to ‘tri-colour pillow balls’. How sweet and adorable :) Speaking of sweetness, unfortunately these were not as sugary as I was expecting, but they were delicious nonetheless. Washing it down with a cold glass of chocolate soy milk was the icing on the (rice) cake :p As always, thank you for watching ❤
