This is an EASY breathing technique used to help those with anxiety and depression FALL ASLEEP almost IMMEDIATELY! I speak about it a bit before the meditation ensues. I also want to point out that although this is an audio only video, I've included numerous and various Spiritual Art every ten seconds, to help you relax.
