Reiki is meant to awaken within you, your body's own ability to heal itself, similar to acupuncture. This is part 2 in a series of 3 in which I break down the focuses mentioned above so that you are able to choose what you'd like to work on. Emotional discord can stem from acute emotional reactions to deep root beliefs.
