[ASMR] Up Close and Personal | Visual and Auditory

Anyone else last minute Christmas shopping? haha. I decided to bring back the close camera angle this week, let me know what you think. I think I like it personally but we'll see :) This past week, I experienced a couple growth points. The first is what it means to be self aware. Self awareness is being aware of both our "good" and "bad" traits. It's hearing negative feedback on ourselves and not feeling attacked or getting defensive. It's how well what we say lines up with what we do. It's not living life on auto-pilot, but instead living a fulfilled and intentional life😊 Here's a great TED talk on it that helped me change the way I view myself and life:    • Increase your self-awareness with one simp...   I highly recommend everyone taking the time to read this, to at least give the video a watch through! The second is meditation! I've tried meditation many times in the past, but it never "worked" for me. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong. But meditation is as simple as closing your eyes, and focusing on your breath. It really is only that... Oh and it's supposed to be uncomfortable at first.
