This video was crafted entirely with sleep in mind. The bubbles are created by a slowly deflating exercise ball. Working from fast and bubbly to slow and calm over the span of 2 hours, should be a great support to get to sleep and stay asleep. Love playing around and tinkering with these kind of effects.
