On the menu today, something I've been itching to make and eat for a while: vegan fettuccine Alfredo! After searching the web for a suitable recipe (read: anything for which I already had the ingredients on hand), I settled on this one by the Edgy Veg: • 3 EASY VEGAN PASTA RECIPES | Vegan Carbona... . I omitted the vegan parmesan and sun dried tomato (because they weren't in my fridge!) and garnished my dish with some lightly sautéd red onion, fresh spring onion and some crumbly vegan cheddar cheese. The result was an absolutely amazing dish that I'll be making again very, very soon! As always, thank you for watching! ❤️
