I had a few panic attacks the last few months so these are the little rituals I've been implanting to create more rootedness in myself and in love. Some things I forgot to mention are: speaking the most honest truths to the people around me, not hiding myself or my sensitivities playing healing frequencies when I'm home alone not watching intensely dramatic movies that trigger me not listening to sad music every single second of the day (like I could) doing something with my heartbreak over the state of the world. Like donating and further educating myself A note on mushrooms: I have been experimenting with micro dosing for the last 4 years sporadically. After a long period of sobriety and finding general mental stability I felt open to working with the medicine in tiny doses to work through certain belief systems and body issues. I have formed a relationship with psilocybin as a respected teacher and felt comfortable sharing a micro dose with my dad, guiding him through his journey.
