Hellooo beautiful ❤️ I'm back from my vacation and I feel great :) I hope the same goes for you. I have one week left of holiday until I come back to uni for the next year - yay! I am actually very excited :D The weather starts to get colder day by day so make sure to stay warm 🌸 (if it's the same for the region you are living in). To stay healthy during colder months I recommend for you to drink everyday a cup of tea made of 1) 1 table spoon of nettle 2) 1 table spoon of horsetail 3) 2 teaspoons of honey 4) 1 flat teaspoon of vitamin C. It will be such an immense dose of vitamin C for you that your immune system will be able to fight off anything before you actually get sick ❤️ Also nettle and horsetail are two herbs that most effectively wipe out all the toxins in your body so it's also good to drink an infusion of those on daily basis to stay healthy :).
