The Cognitive Screening Test - also known as a Mental Status Test! I really focused on keeping my movements and speech slow, low, and relaxing for this one while we go through all of our different tests. I did one of these back in November of 2022 coupled with a Cranial Nerve Exam and packaged it as a Complete Neurological Assessment (check it here:    • ASMR 🩺 Complete & Detailed Neurological As...  ) but this one completely focuses on the cognitive screening test.
