Filmed in December, Neena's 4th kore therapy with me aims to resolve a deep rooted shoulder issue alongside trauma pain that may well be its cause. We test muscles first to find out what is strong and weak in the body and subconscious then proceed with various TCM techniques to bring harmony and balance to a traumatised system. NLP, neuro linguistic programming, is a far reaching technique that targets how we think, see and feel. It harnesses our memories and adjusts any stored traumas, releasing old hurts, and leaves us feeling lighter and freer. We finish with retesting which finds that the shoulder is released and the past trauma has gone from the body.
