ASMR Scalp Check with Bad Results (Dandruff Removal, Scalp Treatment, Whispering) Medical Roleplay

Today you're having a follow up appointment concerning your extreme dandruff, scalp psoriasis and red sores. You previously had a scalp treatment for this but you feel that it hasn't worked and that it's got worse but don't worry I will check and treat that for you. Firstly we discuss what is happening with your scalp that it still feels very itchy and sore and that the scalp treatment that I gave you did not work. I then check your scalp with my medical instruments, rat tail comb and wooden tool and immediately see that your extreme dandruff and scalp psoriasis is still there but some of your dried flakes have got infected and changed into a yellowy brown colour. You have a few red sores on your scalp too so don't worry I'll give you a lovely scalp treatment to help soothe it. I start to remove some of the dried skin medical instruments (dandruff removal) I then apply a complete oil scalp treatment on your scalp and massage it through with my small brush and fingers and massage it to distrubute it evenly. I then remove all of the infected flakes and dandruff with my lice comb and medical instruments. I finish by massaging the treatment on your scalp so its distrubuted evenly to work overnight.
