There will be many great triggers for you, including layered sounds, and lots of personal attention. We'll start by making sure you're comfortable, with gentle hand movements, reiki, and energy clearing with the singing bowl. Then I'll begin your head massage by applying some oil to your scalp/hair, and give you a relaxing head/scalp massage, which will include lots of layered sounds for tingles.
