Hi my hungry dinosaurs, it's food again! Today I'm having the best vegan meatballs ever, also eggless Spätzle with mushroom gravy! We cooked this off camera so I hope you enjoy just the eating sounds! :) We tried these meat-free meatballs months ago and fell in love with them. They are awesome! :D They are basically made of soya, vegetable oil and onion. Spätzle are German noodles usually made with egg but we always get the eggless version.
