ASMR is a feeling of relaxation achieved through visual and auditory stimuli. These so-called triggers can be anything and they cause a tingling sensation in the head and back, which feels like a pleasant shiver, as if someone were gently stroking your back, for example, and often causes your eyes to close. For many, ASMR is triggered by gentle speaking or whispering, but not everyone experiences ASMR. I first experienced ASMR as a child, but I didn't know the term for it. A friend "painted" pictures on my back with her finger, asking me to guess. I've been watching ASMR videos for many years, and they've helped me relax better and fall asleep faster. I make relaxation videos to evoke in YOU the feeling I love so much. I shoot videos in English and German. Unfortunately, I can't shoot everything bilingually or twice, so it would make me very happy if you could help me translate my videos into other languages for all the dreamers around the world.
