Hi everyone, I hope you're all doing well. Today's video is an important one. Your body is your home, and you should treat it that way. Food is fuel, and it allows you to spend time with loved ones and gives you energy to face the day ahead. You're perfect the way you are. Don't let some random person on the internet tell you how to take care of your health. Don't let some skinny person with a superiority complex ruin your day. Like I said, you're perfect the way you are. Don't allow family members to make disrespectful and unwelcome remarks about your body, no matter what they are. Set boundaries. Be loud and proud about those boundaries. Your body is yours, and you decide what it needs. Eating something unhealthy doesn't mean that you should eat less the next day, counting calories is not healthy if it makes you feel bad about yourself, going to the gym 5 times a week is not good for your mental health if you have to be mean to yourself to be able to get there. You are enough as you are. Your body does not define you. Your body does not define your value. You are loved.
