Hello, I'm Shiro. I live in Hokkaido, Japan. I'll be sharing delicious Japanese food with all of you! Today I ate ramen and a rice ball. Ramen is a tonkotsu soup, a famous specialty from Hakata, Japan. On top of the rice ball, I added mentaiko, another specialty from Fukuoka. The very thin noodles go perfectly with the tonkotsu soup. This ramen has a very strong tonkotsu aroma, which made me want to eat rice. Isn't the combination of ramen and rice strange? 🤣 But Japanese people love this combination, so please forgive us 🤣 Please enjoy the video to the end!
