Today's session is focused on full body stretch, especially on spinal rotation and back muscle releasing. This session is my regular stretch that I do, it is not exactly yoga, however, it is inspired by it. It is great for back pain, chest opening, helps with breathing issues due to the tightened chest and back muscle.
