Mentaiko is fish roe marinated with chili peppers, and it has a spicy and salty flavor. Mentaiko goes really well with cream spaghetti♡ When it comes to Japanese-style pasta, I think mentaiko cream spaghetti is the classic! The sauce on the fried shrimp is lemon tartar.
