Today’s visit is going to be incredibly thorough, so just sit back, relax, and let me take care of you. We will be doing a complete head-to-toe assessment. We'll start by checking your vitals, listening to your heart and lungs, and doing some gentle chest percussion. Then, I'll be putting on my gloves for a detailed scalp, skin, and nail inspection. We will also run through a cranial nerve check, an eye exam with a penlight, a whisper hearing test, and a smell identification test.
