TW: Literally everything (self harm, EDs, severe depression) I also forgot to add that about a month before getting back on Effexor, when my meltdowns and panic attacks were reaching their worst, I was prescribed Seroquel/Quetiapine (an antipsychotic). I was supposed to take it every time I felt my emotions getting too high. This was like being hit with a truck. Completely knocked me out after taking it and felt like a zombie the next day. I luckily have not needed to take it in a few months now. If you need help, please contact someone.
