Deep Myofascial Release Face Massage (Personal Attention, Indication Trigger, Face Chart) 🌿 ASMR RP

Myofascial release is a technique used for rigid, stuck fascia that often causes “knots” and pain. We're going to be both using holds to loosen the fascia, but also stretching and lengthening the tissues to get some flexibility back into them. Something a little different here—I will be both performing the massage on you, but also demonstrating the massage using both a chart and my own face. The demonstration is interspliced with each step of the massage so that it's not one big chunk of this kind of demonstration, one big chunk of this, et cetera, et cetera.
