Welcome to this playful session of ASMR with lots of visual triggers seen from a different point of view but which I hope will help you fall asleep quickly, or relieve stress and anxiety. Many people (including myself) find these types of visual triggers incredibly relaxing and soothing, and they can help induce a feeling of calm and relaxation. Many different types of ASMR videos and triggers can be effective for promoting sleep, but for me, what works best are the visuals, to relax your mind and body, especially if I'm in an anxious state or having a stressful week. If you prefer to use ASMR videos to focus on something, like work, gaming, reading, or drawing, (what many call the Background ASMR), this includes mouth sounds, word repetition, and some hand sounds. There is also the presence of external noises, but I hope this doesn't distract you. I hope you are doing well, see ya 💜 Contact and support the channel✨ https://linktr.ee/tillyousleepasmr If you like and want to see more videos, please: 💜 SUBSCRIBE It helps me soooo much.
