ASMR - St Patrick's Day - Making Irish Soda Bread (Binaural - 3D Sound)

Top o the mornin to ya, how are you all on this wonderful St Patrick's Day? I've been donned in green while baking some traditional Irish bread for you all, if only there was a way to send a slice out to each and every one of you!! I had some trouble with the placement of the mic on this video, I wanted it high enough to whisper but low enough to capture the sounds of the ingredients without being right in front of the camera unfortunately it was a little too low, to the point it actually sounds like it's on the table (I can assure you it wasn't) hopefully this is not too distracting and it will bring you some tingles. Recipe 400g plain flour 1 level teaspoon salt 1 level teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 4 rounded teaspoons sugar 375 ml buttermilk 100g sultanas or raisins Butter or margarine for greasing the tin 1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas mark 6 and grease a 1kg (2 lb) loaf tin and set aside. 2. Pour flour, salt, bicarbonate of soda and raisins into a bowl and mix. 3. Pour all the buttermilk into the flour mixture and mix to a soft consistency. Turn mixture into prepared tin and flatten the top of mixture. 4. Bake for 40 -45 minutes, covering for the last 20 if the top is getting too brown. 5. Remove from tin, wrap in a clean tea towel and allow to cool before slicing and serving.
