So, ASMR refers to relaxing sensations we experience through sounds, images, and touches. ASMR is harmless and has no specific religious connection. ASMR makes people feel great! It's excellent for anxiety, insomnia, depression, stress... All because ASMR is a relaxing technique that releases hormones that are good for us. Many people use ASMR to study, write, work, or read, as it greatly helps with concentration. Most prefer to use ASMR to sleep. It's like sleeping like a baby. 😴 What are Mori's favorite triggers? Well, many people get chills, I get them sometimes. My favorite triggers are: the sound of water, mouth sounds, food ASMR, the sound of rain, slime, foam, lip gloss, hand movements, makeup, tapping, and tapping on my nails. And of course, I love ASMR roleplay... My favorites are ASMR dentist, ASMR facial cleansing, ASMR melting your brain, ASMR hairdresser... and so on. But what about you?
