In the background of this video I have Theta pattern (frequency of 4-7 hz) binaural beats playing. While studies are a bit inconclusive on binaural beats therapy, a lot of individuals reported reduced anxiety after exposure. The Theta pattern in particular is claimed to 'improve meditation, creativity, and sleep in the rapid eye movement (REM) phase.' I personally find it extremely soothing and have always loved it when other ASMRtists used similar things in their videos, so we are trying it out!
