Help name the Plague Doctor!

This ASMR Plague Doctor of mine is the latest addition to the family. I thought it would be fun to ask YOU to help bring him to life by giving him a surname to be used in at least one video, if not permanently. I've been analyzing medieval names over the past couple days to the point of paralysis. There are so many good ones to choose from! I'm looking for a name that can't be tied to any other character and should be an authentic medieval last name. Doctor ______. No first name. So if you don't mind, please leave a comment with what you think his name will be, and I'll either pick the highest rated one or the one that I think has a nice Doctor-sounding ring to it. As for the nature of the Plague Doctor, he's a benevolent fellow perhaps with a bit of a sinister side, but not evil. Sort of like Professor Clemmons. I'm a big fan of medieval times so aside from ASMR maybe he'll be delving into telling tales of Dragons, Sorcery, Steampunk, etc. Who knows. Maybe he's even a Post Apocalyptic character at times. I also need a vintage doctor's bag as well as vintage medical tools to completely round out the character.
