Hello, my lovely friends! I'm finally back with a video in English, a beautiful collaboration with Psych2go! I haven't been this satisfied in a meditation in a long time, it took many attemps because at first I wasn't satisfied with it, so I tried and tried... until I was happy with it. I tried it on myself and a couple of friends and they all liked it, so I HOPE this session will be of great help for you! You will first see an animated introduction made by Psy2go and then you'll hear my guided meditation session. It includes progressive muscle relaxation, breathing excercises and visualizations. Kiki WHAT IS ASMR? ASMR describes a tingly and relaxing sensation many people feel when they listen to whispered or soft spoken voices and specific sounds. If you're able to feel ASMR, you might have first experienced it during childhood, feeling very relaxed when a teacher talked to you in a soft way or feeling mesmerized by the sounds of the rain, the sound of pencils and many other things.
