Hi guys! For this ASMR Study With Me video, we’re trying the 52-17 rule (rather than our normal Pomodoro,) which is 52 minutes of studying/working and a long 17 minute break. 💜 This format is kind of fun, because if you’re looking for just a normal ASMR video, the last 17 minutes should scratch that itch. If you’re not planning on working, I think this works as really lowkey background ASMR well. No matter what you’re using it for, I hope you enjoy! Triggers include writing, typing, inaudible whispers, paper and book sounds, tapping, reading, page turning, and a trigger assortment at the end. The technique is based on a study that found the optimal ratio of focus vs. rejuvenation is 52 - 17. (Though a new version of the study by the same organization says, after years and a pandemic, it's now 112 - 26… maybe we’ll try that next! 😝) Study Playlist: • Pomodoros | Sarah Lavender ASMR Timestamps Intro: 0:00 Study and Work Session: 3:47 Break: 55:49 Until next time! 🌱Socials🌱 • Twitter: @lavenderasmr • Twitch: / sarah_lavender • Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/5rvXI... • Apple Music: / sarah-lavender-asmr • Art Insta: @sarah.creating • Business Inquiries: [email protected] ☀️Support☀️ • Monthly exclusive videos & thank-you notes on my Patreon💕: / sarahlavenderasmr • Channel Wishlist: https://thronegifts.com/u/sarahlavender • Ko-fi☕️: https://ko-fi.com/sarahlavenderasmr
