The told is so much that laying flat hurts her back due to the curve, so we need to place a pillow under her hips to help flatten and ease pressure off her lower back. In this video I work slowly and carefully to bit by but release the tight muscles and ease her pain, you can guess by the time spent that the left Quadratus Lumborum was very tight as were her glutes, so as well as massaging her lower back alot of techniques were used to ease up her glutes.
