I just like watching these sorts of reiki role plays, I find them super satisfying. If you watch the whole video you’ll see I am taking a scientific approach and neither channeling energy nor any spirit guides. If you like that sort of energy healing maybe another video would be more your cup of tea. It was fun to film and I strongly advise that if you deal with Clinical depression and anxiety, go to a licensed therapist or get medication.
