It's an opportunity to stop, to slow down. Whispers, a gentle, quiet voice, and slow, soft speech seem to invite you to listen to your sensations. ASMR can also induce goosebumps or a trance-like sensation using sounds: soft rustling, the crunch of plastic or paper packaging, cellophane in your hands, tapping with nails or other objects, lightly scratching nails on textured surfaces, plastic or wood, rustling pages, the sound of papers, breathing into a microphone... Role-playing ASMR creates a playful atmosphere and helps you quickly enter a state of relaxation. We call this trigger personalized attention. Popular examples include a doctor's examination, a conversation with a client, makeup, massage, spa treatments, hair styling, or combing with gentle, soft hand movements. Everyone should find their trigger or a personalized author they enjoy. You can induce a "ticklish" sensation or use ASMR to normalize sleep, or to treat depression or panic attacks.
