Hi everyone this is Eraing. Today I brought talkative video in the dawn. So I slightly changed the atmosphere that fits well with the dawn. I talk about diet and eating disorder that I wanted to talk about someday. The video was too long and I wasn't even able to focus on editing. So, I am writing here the summary of the video contexts about how I'm overcoming the eating disorder. First of all, you have to get rid of going on to a diet. Eating disorder comes from the stressful thoughts about losing weight. For example, let's say there's a delicious food in front of you. Those of you who's on a diet like me would feel guilt of eating those delicious food. Then you think, 'I can eat today, and stop eating tomorrow' which makes you eat and eat even you are already full. That is why you need to stop think about losing weight which will lead you to eating disorder. Secondly, eat three meals with the food you want to eat. It doesn't matter about the calories or fast foods. Eat all three meals. But you have to focus when you feel full while eating. This practice will let your body think that you are eating when you want to eat, let you eat next time because your body will know that you will eat again when your body needs to eat. Then you'll get to normal track of eating. 'I'm full. 'I'll eat when I get hungry again' this thought will be the main focus of the practice. Of course, you might get weight in the process, and if you notice that, you'll want to stop eating and go back to the eating disorder habit. However, you need to wait until your body come back to normal track by acknowledging that you will eat proper amount of food when you're hungry and stop when its full. Third, I talk about my healthy habits. You can use this method when you are on a right track of eating order. For me, it was perfect when I eat two meals per day. Three meals were too much while one meal was too small. So, after being okay in eating tree meals, I went back to eat two meals. Also, I never ate snack but I ate it all the time when I had a eating disorder. So I decided to replace this to vegetables or fruits, and those are the ones that I like to eat as well. (Usually I eat cucumber and mini tomatoes, and green grapes and blueberries. ) Extreme workout also made me feel disaster and was very stressful, so I started to find the activities that I like. I figured out that jogging with music or cycling with watching animation were perfect exercises for me. It's not a lot of sweat workout but at least I am happy while doing these exercises which allowed me to keep doing it. In these ways, I am going back to the normal life and I am also losing my weight that I gained because of eating disorder. These are the methods that I used to be healthy again, and hope that this video was helpful to those who are suffering under eating disorder. Thank you ! :) "!!
