Mr. H. and I always joke that this dish is a heart attack on a plate. Vegan mayo, vegan cheese, vegan butter - all mixed together with some jalapenos and then spread on crusty white bread. Yep, even the vegan versions of these things are not very healthy, but gosh they taste so good together! This is definitely a once-in-a-blue-moon kind of food. I used a fresh, store-bought pane di casa bread for mine, with Vegenaise brand 'mayo', Sheese brand mature 'cheddar' and Table Lands brand 'buttery' dairy-free spread. Just mix a generous amount of these fat bombs together in a bowl with some jalapenos (I used pickled and fresh) and that will be your spread for the bread. Gently toast your sliced bread first, then add the spread. Pop it into a hot oven until the spread is nicely melted. As always, thank you for watching. ♥
