Tonight I've prepared a very slow and gentle ear to ear whispering session with guided relaxation to make you relax and help you drift off to sleep. I've included some guided breathing exercises along with very close up ear to ear breathy whispers and intense ear to ear fluffy microphone sounds. Also has some reassurance whispering and positive affirmations to calm your mind and help with stress and anxiety. If you prefer you can listen to this sleepy ASMR with your eyes closed to more easily fall asleep! As usual, first version includes some gentle rain as background sound for extra relaxation, but second version without for anyone that prefers pure whispers only.
