I'm back for my first proper video in 2018! It took a while but I bring you my favourite triggers. I hope you all enjoy :) My channel where you can check out my other videos: / @alyssaasmr4372 Insta: / alyssa_asmr My definition of ASMR/Triggers/Tingles? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response- sounds intense right? Well this is all related to the nerves in our body and it is a way that we ‘feel’. It is a feeling on the inside of our body, usually from the head and can travel down the body, however some people can feel it at random parts of their bodies such as their bum cheeks lol! Quite interesting right? Furthermore, asmr artists use triggers. Triggers can literally be anything, if we get that tingly feeling (almost like a shiver) it means it is a trigger. For those who do not get these ’tingles’, asmr can be used to relax and wind down, to study, to wake up to. It is not weird, what even is weird these days?! If you have an open-mind, ASMR is for you. “Autonomous – spontaneous, self-governing, within or without control Sensory – pertaining to the senses or sensation Meridian – signifying a peak, climax, or point of highest development Response – referring to an experience triggered by something external or internal” - Jennifer Allen My fav triggers? Visuals, tapping, hand sounds and head massages Any further inquiries please email: [email protected]
