Hello everyone! This is installment no. 2 of the "ASMR you can watch with your eyes closed" video from a couple of months ago. If you're like me, then you always have to open your eyes while watching ASMR to see what's going on on screen. The idea behind this video is that you can fully relax and close your eyes because I will be explaining the triggers to you in a way that hopefully satisfies your curiosity :) I hope you like it, have a good night! Enjoy! ❤️ ✨ Timestamps 😇 00:00 intro 02:44 cat shaped squishy (semi-sticky tapping, squeezing, gripping) 05:53 small candle in glass jar (glass tapping, metal tapping, lid sounds) 11:32 glove sounds (crinkles first with gloves in hand and then on hands) 16:58 paperback book (tapping, page flipping, some paper sounds) 21:50 dark screen, fluffy mic touching, (almost) no talking ASMR playlist: • Doing your Makeup after a bad day || ASMR 😴🖌 My Instagram: / lottasmind _________ What even is ASMR? ASMR describes a feeling of pleasant goosebumps (this is also called tingles). You may it know from when someone scratched your scalp or your back. ASMR videos trigger this feeling using various different sounds and visuals. ASMR can help people fall asleep. It also calms anxiety and can be used for both relaxation and focusing on a task. #asmr #whispering #tingles #triggerassortment #sleepaid
