The book is simply titled "The Canada Book: Highlights of a Fascinating Country" and is published by Kunth Verlag, which has a whole series of similar publications, for example, on Greece, Iceland, London, New York, Namibia, etc. Claire also recommended a book called "In the Footsteps of the Group of Seven" by Jim & Sue Waddington, which explores the history of Canadian landscape painting around the Great Lakes.
