You will notice that I spend a lot of time on the upper traps as i felt she was holding a lot of tension in there, in fact you may notice me spend a lot of time with the right shoulder which seemed to battle against me. In fact while stretching the lats they locked up causing the rest of the shoulder to follow suit but once id eased this up the should blades fell nicely into position and the traps finally relaxed.
