ASMR Sleep Hypnosis: Dreaming Bliss (Whisper)

I have created this ASMR Sleep Hypnosis as a treatment for insomnia and other sleep problems. It will help you to achieve a deep and undisturbed sleep even if you are suffering from insomnia or another sleep problems. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and a trained hypnotherapist. As this is an ASMR sleep hypnosis it includes ASMR triggers for relaxation and sleep and concludes with a deep sleep induction and natural white noise soundscape of gentle night rain to aid relaxation and sleep. Hypnosis is not a stand alone treatment but it is an effective compliment to evidence based talking psychotherapies (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy [CBT]). If you have been struggling with insomnia or another sleep problem for an extended period of time it is likely a symptom of an underlying problem that you may need professional support to overcome. This sleep hypnosis will help you in the short term and may give you an idea of some aspects of psychotherapeutic treatments for insomnia, it is not an however an alternative to therapy.
