Trigger warning - some eating and drinking sounds and, also Karen. Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! Today you've come in to the emergency room with your mom because you fell and hurt your arm. She will give you snacks and then complain in a soft voice about the wait time and the 'lack of customer service' in this hospital. She will go and bust into an occupied patient room to try and find a nurse or a doctor to come and see you and then eventually, try to give you medical care herself.
