I wanted to get some more fibre in my diet so found this great recipe for overnight oats with chia seeds. I ended up playing around with it and turning it into my own and this is now the breakfast I have almost every morning. It's so yummy. This video shows you how I prepare it and then the last about 5 minutes is me eating the food with some great eating sounds if that's your thing. Otherwise probably stop once I've finished assembling it. For one jar: 1/2 cup oats 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 TBS sugar 1 TBS cocoa powder scant 1 1/2 cups milk Shake together in ~.5L bottle. Refrigerate overnight.
